I just love this place. The food is great probably one of the best restaurants for food. The cook does an excellent job. The owner is very very nice and she wants people to be happy and enjoy their dining experience and I recommend this 101% to this restaurant the waitresses there are very nice very polite and very well trained. Thank you.

Prime Rib is delicious on Fridays! Audrey, Deniece, Isis, Breelynn are wonderful! Everyone is so friendly, food is delicious. Homemade hamburger buns!

Food was great Service was excellent especially Megan Ambiance is old d School diner. Just right for my wife and I because we are seniors who remember them nostalgically

This is our "go to" place..The people are very nice, Audrey (owner) is very good at what she does..we drive 20 minutes every Sunday for breakfast. Its a place that is clean has a very welcoming vibe and always a pleasure to try out the different items on the menu.

The owner is the sweetest lady. We always get good service. We used to go here a lot when we lived in West Sacramento because my dad loved the mashed potatoes, gravy, and shrimp. The food is good and they give you a big portion.

The last time I was at Eppie's was in the mid 80's at the original location. I was curious after seeing this new location after all these years. Wasn't disappointed, super nice staff, clean dining room, a bit retro that I liked. Food was fine, and the staff seemed to enjoy their job. Such a change from inattentive, service with a snarl you see these days.

Luv their food especially the Turkey plate, Chicken fried plates with garlic fries sides. Pies are always fresh one day I took home two 2 desserts home. It's a dinner environment folks. Don't look for more.

Haven't been here in a very long time but my Aunt & Uncle treaded me to lunch today. It was really good. Very old school but I like that. There were tons of pictures of customers on the wall which I loved and the service was nice. I would come back.

In search of a nice restaurant in West Sac after my old favorite Club Pheasant closed. There are some very nice small cafes, but I wanted more of a restaurant feel. Came across Eppies Restaurant, which is really more of a diner, but there aren't many options nearby unless you cross the river and head into downtown Sac. The restaurant is a bit hard to find, being as it is tucked behind a Mexican restaurant towards the back of a parking lot. But there was plenty of parking on this weekday at about 12:30. We were seated almost immediately by a friendly server. Quite a few choices on the menu of the food you would find in a diner. They have some special selections just for seniors; but I had my eye on the regular menu, and I ordered a patty melt with a side salad. The salad was served first. It included fresh and crunchy iceberg lettuce and some veggies and a thin, but serviceable, blue cheese dressing. The patty melt was delicious. Meat was perfectly cooked, with grilled onions and melted cheese on grilled rye bread. I thought overall the food was good and the prices were reasonable. I guess it's now one of my go-to places in West Sac

This is our family favorite for the food & customer service. An older place which for some, may not appeal to everyone. That's honestly the only reason for the minus star. Food is pretty consistent in the way of freshness & we usually get the same thing every time except I decided to try the rib eye... veryyyy tasty! The waitress was also very friendly and accommodating to our family members dietary modifications. We love the vegetables & it honestly tastes like a homemade meal just you don't have to clean the dishes!
